Klitrose schnapps has several flavor notes from the heath and the beach. Spicy and round in taste, which ends in a honey-like sweetness.

The klitrose are small black rose hips, which are now quite rare. We pick them in July and August in Blåvand, and are almost on a treasure hunt when we are out picking because they hide.

The Klitrose schnapps is stored for a whole year, and acquires a lovely red color that brings to mind amber.
