These purchase and delivery terms apply to Escandidesign (website)

With us you can buy fantastic products from Bali. We offer a carefully selected range of the most innovative as well as classic design items in the world.

The terms of purchase apply to all purchases and orders made on the site. We follow the consumer law legislation in the customer’s country where this is prescribed by EU rules.

You as a customer with us have the right to request information about your personal information in accordance with our private Policy. You also have the right to request that your personal data be changed or deleted.

• ORDERING

Our products have been organized according to different categories. You can find our products by typing in the search field on the website which category or product you are interested in.

Once you have selected the product, size and color, you can add it to the shopping cart .

You can always edit your shopping cart before paying at checkout.

• ORDER CONFIRMATION

After making and confirming the order on the website, you will receive a confirmation of the order via e-mail. If you notice any errors in the confirmation, please notify us directly by email: info@escandidesign.com

• PAYMENTS

We offer secure payments via PayPal and credit cards.

Pay easily and conveniently with credit or debit cards. You fill in your card details at checkout and the money is deducted directly from your account after you have clicked on “Complete purchase”. No card fee will be added.

You can also use Pay Pal and bank transfer with invoice

If you prefer bank transfer, please let us know so we can bill you.

All prices incl. Spanish VAT and excluding shipping costs.

• SECURITY

We have done our utmost to ensure the security and integrity of your purchases with us.

The information you send when you place an order is received confidentially and only by us. Your credit card information, which is fully encrypted, is transferred to our payment service where it is validated, and the order amount is reserved. In this way, the information is not exposed to us or stored in any way. When we send your order, we notify our payment service, and they transfer the amount to us.

• DELIVERY/DELIVERY COSTS

Your goods will be carefully packed in protective material and you will receive a notification via email when your package is on its way. All goods are sent from Spain and we are constantly working to deliver your goods as quickly as possible unless otherwise agreed. We deliver to the whole world. The estimated standard delivery time is 3-6 working days but may vary between different countries.

U commit any product in our store is a specified delivery time, showing how quickly we can deliver your goods to you. All delivery times are preliminary and refer to the time from the time we receive and register your order until the shipment is sent from our warehouse. If you place an order with several items that have different delivery times, all items will be sent in one and the same shipment when all items have arrived at our warehouse. Should the specified delivery time deviate, we will contact you by phone or e-mail. When your order has left our warehouse, the delivery responsibility passes to the shipping company and we cannot provide a delivery guarantee.

We reserve the right to absolve ourselves from all claims for compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays caused by our suppliers or by shipping companies after collection at our central warehouse. All shipments are sent fully insured.

If the item is out of stock, this will be displayed under the item on the website, as well as the estimated delivery time . You can control the delivery cost in the shopping cart yourself by choosing the delivery country after you have added your products to the shopping cart.

Delivery costs depend on where you live, how big the package is and what weight it has. If you want delivery outside the EU, you are responsible for customs costs in the country you are in. We charge for uncollected deliveries and returns. Contact us via Email if you have questions or need help.

•  TRACK YOUR ORDER

Escandidesign are cooperating with several different transport companies. To be able to redeem your delivery, identification and signature of the delivery order are required. When ordering, you need to leave your telephone number so we / the transport company can contact you regarding your delivery. Once your order has been sent from us, you will receive an automatic email informing you of the delivery date, shipping company, package ID and all relevant information for tracking the package. You can verify the condition from the carrier’s website at any time, so you always know exactly where your order is.

• RETURNS

When purchasing goods on Escandidesigns website, a 14 -day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you (the customer) have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying Escandidesign within 14 days of you or your agent receiving the ordered item (the cancellation period). Just use the return form and return the goods to us in new, unused condition. An item can be returned up to 14 days after receipt of delivery, provided that the product is returned unassembled, complete and well packaged and with a receipt. If you are unsure of the product, handle it carefully so that it can be returned in new condition, ie unused, and save the packaging. Open purchase does not apply to specially ordered goods or sale goods.

Refund will be made within 10 days after we receive your return. Shipping costs are not refundable. If we made a mistake in your order, all fees can be refunded. If you (the customer) to undo your purchase, it should be clearly disclosed Ecandidesign , before the deadline for withdrawal has expired. You must provide name, address, order number and other relevant information. The goods must be packed in a shipping box that is adapted so as not to let in moisture and generate damage. Missing return form, please contact us by email: info@escandidesign.com you as customer, is responsible for all shipping charges for return or exchange.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to the customer’s instructions or are in some way stamped according to the customer’s instructions. If the product is of such a nature that the right of withdrawal does not apply to this product, this will be clear.

• Force majeure

Escandidesign is not responsible for violations of the terms caused by circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) explosions, fire, lightning, severe weather, war, flood, labor dispute (whether or not it affects our employees).
