A strong and piquant horseradish cream with blackcurrants. The blackcurrants give a fantastically sweet and round taste, not to mention an incredibly nice color for the lunch table.

Suitable for smørrebrød, boiled beef brisket, tapas, sandwiches, smoked salmon and cheeses.

The horseradish cream is also a good companion for your marinated herring. Give them a twist by cutting the herring into bite-sized pieces and then tossing them in the horseradish cream.
