Description
Rice of the indica family of long grain and crystalline. It is the most cultivated and internationally consumed rice variety. In Spain it is typical of the Guadalquivir Marshes.
After cooking it, its grains tend to remain separated, due to the type of starch it contains.
TIPS FOR USE:
Recommended for the preparation of salads and in side dishes. Two proportions of water for one of rice. Approximate cooking time: 15 minutes.
